How do I return an item?
Customer must
contact the customer service department within 30
days to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is
required on/in the box in order to process the return.
Items
should be sent in original packaging with sufficient packing material
to ensure they arrive in acceptable condition. ValZone is not
responsible for lost or damaged items in transit; we suggest insuring
the package for your protection. ValZone will process return upon
receipt.
Please note: The following items are not
returnable for refund: opened DVD, CD, VHS (music, movies and
software), items of a personal nature or that have been blatantly
abused.
Refund on Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item
is received damaged, incorrect, or defective. If an item is damaged,
customer should contact customer service for instructions within 2
business days of receipt.
Refunds
ValZone will refund the product cost via customer’s product payment method. All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
